Doug Tilney – President and Founder

Doug has been in the swimming pool industry for over 30 years and is licensed by the State of Florida to build both commercial and residential pools. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of pool construction and has built everything from basic backyard pools to rooftop pools atop high-rise condominiums. Doug takes a “no corners cut” approach to running the company and is widely regarded as a top industry professional.

John Dadswell – Business Development Manager & Lead Design Expert

John brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, ranging from equipment repair to distribution. He has deep expertise in pool hydraulics, filtration, and automation. John is highly respected in the industry, and his creativity leads to designs that are not only cutting-edge and beautiful but also highly functional.

Drew Davis – Design Consultant

Drew has nearly 15 years of experience in the pool industry, covering everything from service to new construction, design, and project management. As a designer for both new pools and remodels, Drew consistently delivers beautiful outdoor spaces our customers love and expect.

Colton Tilney – Project Manager

Colton is a forward-thinking professional and a State Certified Commercial Pool Contractor. With hands-on field experience and strong project management skills, Colton brings focus, dedication, and a consistently positive attitude to every project.

Kaley Tilney – Permitting Technician

Kaley spent 25 years serving the community through the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. After retiring, she joined the family business, bringing her dedication and customer-first mindset to Tilney Pools. We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to seeing what this next chapter holds for her.

Mallory Tilney – Office Administrator / Designer

Mallory is a skilled and organized administrator, always ready to get clients the information they need quickly. Friendly and professional, she has mastered our 3D design software and creates initial design drafts for both John and Drew. She’s proven to be a valuable asset to the team.

Joe Stephens – Construction Manager

Joe brings over 35 years of pool construction experience and is licensed by the State of Florida as a Swimming Pool Structure Specialty Contractor. He specializes in the structural phases of pool building and is known for his precision and attention to detail. Joe is a respected figure in the industry, recognized for producing top-quality work on projects ranging from backyards to high-rises.

Dallas Stephens – Construction Superintendent

With more than 35 years of experience, Dallas has built a reputation for excellence, especially on high-end projects. His guidance is instrumental in mentoring our younger team members. Known as a top industry professional, Dallas is a major asset to Tilney Pools.

Todd Thomson – Construction Technician

Todd is known for his incredible work ethic and skill with heavy equipment, grade work, and all aspects of pool construction. He’s a consistent performer who brings positivity and professionalism to the job every day.

Sebastian Diaz – Construction Technician

With nearly 20 years of experience in construction—including hotels, condos, residential homes, and pools—Sebastian brings both skill and energy to every project. Always smiling and hardworking, he takes pride in doing the job right.

Brandon Carlotti – Construction Technician

Brandon is the newest member of the Tilney Pools team and comes with over 5 years of pool construction experience. His hard work and “no corners cut” mentality perfectly align with our company values. Brandon has quickly earned a permanent spot on the team, and we’re excited to see where his future with us leads.
